We make every effort to schedule your appointment at the most convenient time for you.
We understand that, at times, circumstances arise that prevent you from keeping your appointments. In such situations, we request advance notice, so that we may offer the time to another patient who needs it.
If you are visiting our office for the first time, we ask that you arrive about 15 minutes early to complete a new patient questionnaire and acquaint yourself with our facility.
When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our team members. You will complete your new patient forms, and we will lead you back to the examination room. Please notify us regarding any medical condition that may be of concern or any medication you may be taking.
Your initial appointment will consist of a dental cleaning, a comprehensive oral evaluation, cancer oral screening, periodontal records, and intraoral pictures.
For your convenience, we accept most insurance plans, Visa and MasterCard, personal checks, and cash.
You’ll find that our pricing is competitively priced and our patients frequently mention that they appreciate our willingness to explain and work with you to optimize your insurance benefits for your dental treatments. If you have questions regarding your account, please don’t hesitate to contact us at our office. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings. We will submit the insurance forms for your insurance reimbursement.
We work with most insurance companies.
Our patients frequently observe that we do our best to work with you to optimize the benefits available under your policy. Please understand that the contract regarding your dental benefits is made between you, your employer, and your insurance company. Your obligation to our practice is to pay for the treatment, regardless of the amount that may or may not be reimbursed by your insurance company.
We ask that you provide our front desk team with your policy numbers and coverage information, and inform us of any changes to your current dental insurance policy and personal information.
As a courtesy to you, our office will submit your claims to your insurance carrier. We offer electronic submission (EDI) when possible to expedite the claim process. Please note that for privacy reasons, the insurer must inform and communicate with you, its client – not with our office.
